To assist with discovering a program's effectiveness, it is helpful to confirm findings with a research study, collected data, and testimonies asserting the participants' lived experiences.

The founder of Me Management, Theresa McFaddin Ordell, researched the effectiveness of spiritual mentoring for women of color (WOC). Dr. T earned a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University and her EdD in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University.
